This insert is shown in the tall size for 8′ front doors. When you see it up close you can tell the metal caming is actually not brass but rather a hand rubbed bronze color. It coordinated very nicely with door hardware that is the oil rubbed bronze or french antique finish that is very popular color right now. It will also match with the traditional brass finish on front door hardware. This is what is termed “warm tones”. The opposite would be the silver or pewter finish,  the “cool tones”. It is really all about what you are drawn to and flows with your home.
